FounderKrystal Millender is a visionary entrepreneur and stylist. With a vision for elegance and excellence our founder carefully curated a luxury space for stylists who enjoy the community of other stylists while remaining independent. Krystal has been in the salon industry for over two decades working in high end salons, she has been a successful independent stylist for eleven of those years. In her years of experience she has gained a vast knowledge of what it takes to thrive in the industry as a commission based stylist and an independent stylist. Her passion for the industry led her to a different business model that allows independent stylists to have space, luxury, community, and opportunity to grow their own personal brands.
Krystal is proud to call Aspen and Ash Collective her salon home, where she specializes in extensions, color, and precision cutting.
Jen
Apprentice/ StylistJennifer is the owner of Naturally You Beauty. She specializes in microlocs, traditional locs, braids, children's styles and all things natural. Jennifer takes pride in making her clients feel comfortable with their natural hair while educating them on how to maintain their styles. Her passion is to have your natural hair thriving, promoting your growth and getting you to your natural hair goals.
In addition to styling, Jennifer is passionate about educating children and parents on proper natural hair maintenance and protective care which is needed to maintain healthy hair between appointments.
At Aspen and Ash Collective she continues her mission to provide high quality hair services, while helping each client feel beautiful, confident and valued.

StylistRabria Carter is the Founder of Biyu Beauty, a luxury beauty brand specializing in modern hair artistry, luxury extensions, dimensional color, silk presses, makeup artistry, and bridal beauty. With years of experience in both salon and freelance beauty, she is known for creating timeless, customized looks that enhance natural beauty.
Through the BIYU experience, Rabria blends artistry, healthy hair, wellness, and modern luxury so every guest feels confident, elevated, and authentically themselves.
As part of Aspen and Ash Collective, she looks forward to providing a beauty experience rooted in professionalism, creativity, and intentional self-care.
Santoria
StylistWith 25 years of experience in the beauty industry, Santoria specializes in color, color correction, Keratin treatments, and numerous extension techniques, including microlinks, tape-ins, and fusion K-tips. She combines technical expertise, creativity, and a commitment to maintaining the health and integrity of every client’s hair.
Her personalized approach is designed to help each client feel confident, polished, and uniquely themselves. Through continued education and thoughtful artistry, she delivers beautiful, lasting results tailored to every individual.

StylistDesiree Danielle is a licensed cosmetologist, photographer, and creative strategist based in Birmingham, Alabama. She has been behind the chair since 2014, building a practice known for its warm atmosphere, skilled technique, and care that goes beyond the style. Her work extends into photography, podcast production, and writing, all of it filtered through the same lens: purpose over performance. She serves women who are building something that matters and want to show up in every space with confidence.
