Krystal Millender is a visionary entrepreneur and stylist. With a vision for elegance and excellence our founder carefully curated a luxury space for stylists who enjoy the community of other stylists while remaining independent. Krystal has been in the salon industry for over two decades working in high end salons, she has been a successful independent stylist for eleven of those years. In her years of experience she has gained a vast knowledge of what it takes to thrive in the industry as a commission based stylist and an independent stylist. Her passion for the industry led her to a different business model that allows independent stylists to have space, luxury, community, and opportunity to grow their own personal brands.

Krystal is proud to call Aspen and Ash Collective her salon home, where she specializes in extensions, color, precision and cutting.
